- Why can't I order yet?
- We're in beta while we finalise stock and pricing with our supplier. Everything is marked out of stock, so no payments are taken. Hit "Notify me" on any kit and we'll email you the moment it goes live.
- How fast is delivery?
- Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day, with tracked 48-hour UK delivery as standard.
- How long do the rations last?
- Sealed food and water rations carry a five-year shelf life from date of manufacture, printed on each pouch.
- Can I return a kit?
- Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened kits can't be resold, so they're non-returnable.
- Do you ship outside the UK?
- Not yet. We ship across the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
