How fast is delivery?
Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day, with tracked 48-hour UK delivery as standard.
How long do the rations last?
Sealed food and water rations carry a five-year shelf life from date of manufacture, printed on each pouch.
Can I return a kit?
Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened kits can't be resold, so they're non-returnable.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. We ship across the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands.
